Overview
Liverpool University is a public university based in Liverpool, England. Founded as a college in 1881, it became a royal charter in 1903 with the ability to award degrees and is also known as one of the six original ‘ red brick ‘ civic universities. It consists of three faculties, which are organized into 35 departments and schools. They are a founding member of the Russell Group, the N8 Research Collaboration Group and the AACSB accredited university management school. Liverpool is a truly global university offering distinctive international experience. Throughout 136 years of history, They have welcomed scholars from all over the world and are therefore highly experienced in meeting the needs of international students. University currently has 7,700 international and EU students from over 127 countries. Ten Nobel Prize winners are among its alumni and past faculty, and the university offers more than 230 first degree courses in 103 subjects.
